Service Description

Our bodies are made to be self healing vessels. Under the right circumstances, our bodies will heal themselves. Our bodies store trauma; energetic, mental, emotional, physical and even generational. These traumas get lodged in our tissues, organs, subconscious, and energy body. If we are unable to release a trauma, the body will let us know through pain or illness that it needs support and attention to heal. This can then lead to dis-ease. Each session will focus on cord cutting, chakra balancing and clearing, and gently release of trauma. You will leave feeling lighter as if you left a weight behind you. It’s time to release so we can move forward.
